The trailer for the next Conjuring movie is here, and I hope you don’t have a waterbed.
Get your first look at The Devil Made Me Do It below:
The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It reveals a chilling story of terror, murder and unknown evil that shocked even experienced real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. One of the most sensational cases from their files, it starts with a fight for the soul of a young boy, then takes them beyond anything they’d ever seen before, to mark the first time in U.S. history that a murder suspect would claim demonic possession as a defense.
The screenplay comes from David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick. Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga reprise their roles as Ed and Lorraine Warren. Michael Chaves directs.
The Devil Made Me Do It joins the Conjuring franchise, which spans a number of horror films. Officially this is the third Conjuring movie, but the two Annabelle films as well as The Nun also come from the same universe.
The film also released new images, which you can check out below:
The Devil Made Me Do It hits theaters, IMAX, and HBO Max on June 4.
