Borat: Subsequent Moviefilm was a surprise smash hit in 2020. For a year that needed all the comedy it could get, that film gave you laughs and more. Now, in a surprise release, Amazon Prime Video and Borat are back.
The second Borat film has critical acclaim including Academy Award nominations. The full title of the new special coming to Amazon is: BORAT SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTINGS RETRIEVED FROM FLOOR OF STABLE CONTAINING EDITING MACHINE. You can see some of the highlights in the trailer above. Including what looks like an actually dangerous situation with Sascha Baron Cohen during the filming.
In the never-before-seen footage, we get more of Maria Bakalova and the time that Borat was in the cabin with Jim and Jerry. Filmed at the peak of the pandemic, this is sure to give you more of the laughs that the film did. There’s no release date for the special, but we should be seeing it soon.
