It appears that Chiwetel Ejiofor is very excited about Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Why else would he happily Tweet about it?
While calling into BBC’s The One Show on March 16, 2021; actor Chiwetel Ejiofor let slip that they’ve begun filming for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. In fact, during the call, he even mentions that he’s in an undisclosed location in London for the filming. He also mentions that he’ll tell everyone all about the film…like that’ll ever happen. Oh, Ejiofor. You’re such a silly troll.
Chiwetel Ejiofor/Karl Mordo Lives Again!
Chiwetel Ejiofor’s hilarious and enthusiastic attitude is in stark contrast to the personality of the character he plays in Doctor Strange and in this sequel. Karl Mordo is definitely not a fun guy to be around. Really, the guy decided to steal magic from someone who was only using it to walk normally. His only reasoning? That Earth could use less sorcerers. Really, that was like stealing someone’s pacemaker because you hate technology. I can only say: what a douchebag.
Odds are, Karl Mordo is still going to be a villain in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The fact that it’s going to be the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s first horror film would make him one interesting villain though. How will Chiwetel Ejiofor do playing as a horror movie villain? Only time will tell.
Chiwetel Ejiofor sounds awfully excited to be taking part in filming for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. We all know we would be too though to be working on the sequel to Doctor Strange. It’s too bad that this particular Marvel Cinematic Universe film is still a long ways away from being released though. We’ll have to wait until March 25, 2022 before we can see what Karl Mordo does next.
