Well, it looks like Crunchyroll has decided to unleash the final trailer for the final season of Attack on Titan on us. And well, it’s a bit of a doozy, really. Even for someone who has never watched the anime. Don’t believe me? Well, watch it for yourself:

Titans, Titans everywhere!

This teaser trailer from Crunchyroll really shows off some really insane things that will happen in Attack on Titan‘s last season. The most important part is at the end of the Attack on Titan trailer, where we find out the ultimate clincher. The season finale will debut on March 28, 2021. By the time of this writing, it’s less than 3 weeks away. So you all won’t have long to wait before you find out how the whole anime ends.

Attack on Titan Final Season: So Many Titans

Attack on Titan final season poster.
Hmm, that Titan should really quit smoking while he’s ahead.

As for the trailer for the final season of Attack on Titan itself though, there still a lot of insanity going on. We’ve got airdropped Titans from a titanic airship, of all things. We’ve got what looks like bunkers strapped onto the back of Titans. Presumably, this is so that they can be used as tanks. We’ve got bolt-action rifles, which are a far cry from the swords and muzzle-loading cannons from the very beginning of the anime. There are even have what looks like pre-dreadnought battleships firing their guns at a distant target. Even speaking as a non-fan of the anime, it sounds like it’s getting a bit crazy here.

Big glowing Titan from Attack on Titan's final season.
Is that Titan about to go Super Saiyan on us? Too bad he doesn’t have the hair for it.

The only official information we have on the final season of Attack on Titan is that it takes place 4 years after the end of season 3. And apparently, the last season will culminate in “an epic war that will ultimately determine the fate of humanity”. Well, let’s see how it all turns out then for the heroes of the Scout Regiment, shall we?

Conclusion

Attack on Titan‘s final season will premier on Crunchyroll on March 28, 2021. Crunchyroll have made even us a nice trailer to go along with that reveal. According to what little info we have on the anime, it’ll end in a war to end all wars. With Titans thrown in and being used as weapons, no less. How fitting.
