The Mandalorian Season 2 was full of surprises. Not only did it have an amazing storyline it also gave us some of our favorite animated characters in live-action form. One of the most anticipated characters making their first live-action appearance was Ahsoka Tano played by Rosario Dawson. Well, yesterday Dawson celebrated “Ahsoka Tano Day” by giving thanks to Ashley Eckstein for bringing Ahsoka Tano to life and sharing a video of her transformation for The Mandalorian.

If you are not sure what Ahsoka Tano Day is, it is the anniversary of when Ahsoka was introduced to the Star Wars universe. Not only do I think most of us will agree with Rosario Dawson in thanking Ashley Eckstien for bringing Ahsoka to life, but we would also like to say thanks to Dawson for her portrayal of Ahsoka in The Mandalorian as well.
