UPDATE To The Shooting Schedule:
According to our sources, the production for The Mandalorian season three is moving to August. We’ll have to wait for official confirmation from scheduling sources, but it looks like the information provided today is inaccurate.
This doesn’t change the excitement and intrigue with the third season, however! What do you want to see out of the third season?

We can all agree that the second season of The Mandalorian was one of the finest examples of Star Wars out there. After that last episode, Star Wars fans are rabid for more information. Now we know that the third season of the hit Disney+ show starts filming April 5th, 2021. It was listed on a production schedule for Los Angeles. Now obviously, this could be delayed due to the pandemic, but for right now, we know when production is starting for the show. The Film Television Industry Alliance has the schedule for the show.
The second season of the show was obviously a huge success. LucasFilm almost had us there for a second with the announcement of The Book of Boba Fett. But we’re going to get both shows, so be happy Star Wars fans!
