Check Out The First Look At Zack Snyder’s Army Of The Dead

Zack Snyder has sort of taken up the mantle of resident zombie film expert. His breakout film was the remake of Dawn of the Dead and now he’s on to a new zombie flick. Army of the Dead comes from Netflix and follows a group of mercenaries that attempt a bank heist in the middle of a zombie outbreak.

So, naturally this means that there’s going to be some apprehension among the group and the others around them. Snyder is directing the film and co-wrote it with Shay Hatten, and upcoming Obi-Wan series writer, Joby Harold.

It stars Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Omari Hardwick, Ana De La Reguera, and Tig Notaro.

Army of the Dead is set to release on Netflix this Summer, 2021.
