The COVID-19 pandemic sure feels like something from the Upside Down in Stranger Things. After all, it came out of nowhere and disrupted life for everyone on Earth. So in March, like everyone else, the show was forced to halt production on the fourth season. Now, thanks to safety protocols and other developments in testing, the show has resumed production!
Thanks to the official Twitter for Stranger Things, we know that production has resumed on the show. And if the background is any indication, they’re in the Upside Down. Earlier in the year, the show dropped a very short teaser trailer that showed the fate of Sheriff Hopper and where he is imprisoned.
That’s all we know about the fourth season for now. No mention of the kids, or what deadly government conspiracies lie ahead for the show. If the third season is any indication, this one can only get bigger and more action packed. There’s no release date stated for the upcoming season, but we can expect it at some point in 2021.
So, what do you think of Stranger Things? What do you think is going to happen in the fourth season? How does Sheriff Hopper get out of the prison camp that he’s in?
