You can now stream X-Men: Days of Future Past on Disney+.

The 2014 film becomes the first live-action X-Men movie to hit the streaming service.

The rights to the franchise have become Disney’s after the Disney acquisition of Fox. This means we can probably expect the rest of the X-Men films to land on Disney+ eventually. Days of Future Past was added as part of the company’s Summer Movie Nights series.

The Summer Movie Nights series continues with more superhero films in the next few weeks. Unfortunately, you’re going to have to watch them out of order. X-Men: Apocalypse arrives on July 17. The original X-Men drops later on August 7.

What about Dark Phoenix?

X-Men: Dark Phoenix

Is the most recent film in the X-Men franchise, Dark Phoenix, coming to Disney+?

The short answer: probably, but not yet.

The Sophie Turner (Game of Thrones) led film flopped with critics and at the box office. That doesn’t mean it can’t have a second life via streaming, of course. However, Dark Phoenix was not included on the list of X-Men films coming to Disney+ in the coming months. It may hit the streamer eventually, but not in the near future.

What else is on Disney+?

A lot!

Besides its well-known partnership with Pixar, Disney+ also includes content from Fox (like X-Men) and National Geographic.

The platform is also the streaming home of Marvel and Star Wars. Not only can you stream your favorite films from these franchises, you can watch their Disney+ original series. Star Wars’ The Mandalorian season 1 is available now.

You can stream X-Men: Days of Future Past now. Check out everything else arriving on Disney+ in July here.
