If you’re a fan of giant killer sandworms, Harry Belafonte sing alongs, and the ghost with the most then you’re in luck. An all new Beetlejuice collector’s edition is up on Amazon and in stunning 4K and you can pre order it here. While there is no release date featured on the page I’m assuming it will be out in time for Halloween.
Even though I own the past two Blu-ray collector editions (yes I’m a sucker), to finally see snake Beetlejuice in stunning 4k quality will be beautiful. One big issue I’ve had with past versions was the lack of special features especially featuring Michael Keaton. So fingers crossed for a all new documentary or reunion of the cast.
Why This Box Set Should Excite Beetlejuice Fans
The special edition set will include an actual Handbook For The Recently Deceased, actual chalk to make your own door to the other side, a limited edition poster, glow in the dark embroidered patch and all of it sits in fancy collectors packaging.
No details on any of the special features yet so expect to get word soon. There will be a 4K Ultra HD disc, a Blu-ray disc and a Digital Code. The box-set is going to run you $49.99 on Amazon. That price might change by the time it comes out. For mega-fans of Beetlejuice, this package is a dream.
