If you just so happen to be flipping the channels on Monday, make sure to stop on ESPN. During halftime of the Monday Night Football game between the New England Patriots and the New York Jets, the trailer for Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker will debut. Sorry for all the folks in for a good game AND a sick trailer. Because the Patriots will most likely be dominating. The Emperor Bill Belichick and Darth Brady are most likely going to win this game.
The other exciting thing about the trailer releasing is that you’ll finally be able to buy presale tickets for the film. The game starts at 5:15pm pacific/8:15pm eastern. Rise of Skywalker is shaping up to be one of the most exciting films of the year. It stars Carrie Fisher, Oscar Issac, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Adam Driver, among many others.
What do you think the trailer is going to entail? Will it be straightforward or another one that brings more questions than answers. Personally, I loved the last trailer. Trailers are supposed to make you think and talk about it. Not give you every last detail about the film. Go ask the Terminator franchise about what goes into a bad trailer. I’ll be watching Monday Night Football already for fantasy football purposes, so here’s hoping that the Jets can pull off a Rebel Alliance type upset of the Evil Empire that is the New England Patriots.
