Fans looking for insight into Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have found a new source. But being that it’s an unverified account on Twitter, it’s not 100% reliable.

Regardless, user @RogerWardell has been proven correct in the past. In December, they spoiled Thor’s weight gain and James D’Arcy’s cameo in Avengers: Endgame. They also hinted at the Captain America elevator scene, but were a little off the mark when it came to the Stan Lee cameo.

With that in mind, we can take some of the more recent Phase 4 leaks with a grain of salt. Shang-Chi, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, is already confirmed as an addition – as is The Eternals, directed by Chloé Zhao. But the mysterious Twitter account has added a few more tidbits about future movies in the past month.

MCU Phase 4 Spoilers… Maybe

Welcome, Clea?

First up, apparently Doctor Strange 2 will be a trip back to the 1980s and include Tilda Swinton’s Ancient One. It will also be the debut for Jericho Drumm and Clea, who will most likely be played by an Asian actress. After the backlash against Swinton’s casting, that’s for the best. And we can’t forget that, “Most importantly the gloves will be back!”

Next up for Phase 4 are some plot hints from Guardians of the Galaxy 3, which recently regained writer James Gunn as his director. Major spoilers if true, so proceed with caution! Rocket’s creator will be revealed to be the High Evolutionary and get a love interest named Lylla. Drax will discover his daughter is alive. Finally, Nebula and Star Lord will grow closer. Wonder if that’ll have any effect on the new/old Gamora?

Perhaps most interesting is what they say about Spider-Man 3. Deadpool will not participate, which makes sense, but apparently Sony is pulling for Venom. Meanwhile, Deadpool will say in his own corner of the MCU and not appear in either Spider-Man or X-Men films. As a final note: they tweeted that David Morrissey is in contention for a couple of Phase 4 roles.
