The CW just recently renewed all of their DC TV shows, including The Flash, Black Lighting, Legends Of Tomorrow, Supergirl, and Arrow. It was also announced that Batwoman is joining the lineup as well, but as all shows go, they will have to end at some point.

Arrow star Stephen Amell recently tweeted saying that season 8 of Arrow is the last season of the show.

Now, he mentions in the tweet that it’s going to be 10 episodes for the final season, so it’s unknown how The CW is planning on airing the series. They could show 5 episodes in the fall, and the final 5 episodes in the spring. Or air all 10 ten episodes during the fall.

It’s going to be interesting to see how season 8 plays out, and how much the Arrowverse will change. We know that the next DCTV crossover is Crisis on Infinite Earths, but it looks like Oliver could get killed off at the end of the crossover.

Hopefully we will find out additional information about this in the coming months. And we should also find out what will happen with the Arrowverse moving forward as well.
