Disney+ is set to release later this year, and there are tones of series that are releasing. We know that a High School Musical scripted docuseries is going on the service, along with Four Dads, and Diary Of A Female President.
And now, we know that another series will also be coming to the service. And it’s involving The Muppets.
That’s right. Kermit, Miss Piggy, and the entire gang are coming back for their own series on Disney+. The series is entitled Muppets Live Another Day, and it’s going to be taking place in the 1980’s. And it’s also supposed to be set after The Muppets Take Manhattan film.
Josh Gad, the voice of Olaf from Disney’s Frozen and Frozen 2, is on deck to help with the project. And the creative team behind ABC’s Once Upon A Time, Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, are also on board with the series. It’s set to release 2020 on Disney+.
