2019 is shaping up to be a great year for video games. Kingdom Hearts 3, Anthem, Jump Force, One Piece: World Seeker, and even Devil May Cry 5 are some of the many games releasing.
But another one of the many games releasing is The Last Of Us Part II. We still have no official release date, but the 11-minute gameplay video from this past E3 was pretty amazing. And with Sony skipping E3 in 2019, it might be a while before we hear the release date.
But to hold fans of the series over, game director Neil Druckmann took to twitter and posted a picture from one of the motion capture sessions. And he said it was one of the most heartwrenching scenes from the game.
The image shows Ashley Johnson, who plays Ellie in the game, sitting with Shannon Woodward, who is Ellie’s love interest Dina in the game. It looks like Dina is playing a guitar, but where this is will end up in the game is unknown.
This game from what was revealed at E3 back in June looks like it will be amazing, and I’m excited to hear more about in the new year, including when it will release.
