It has been announced NXT superstars are being called-up to RAW and Smackdown, but one superstar was left out.

On RAW it was announced some NXT superstars will be called-up including Lars Sullivan, Heavy Machinery, Nikki Cross, Lacey Evans and EC3. However, NXT Superstar Velveteen Dream was not one of the call-ups.

Dream tweeted at fans to spam WWE to call him up as well.  It is once again up to the McMahon’s to draft the superstars on their respective brands [RAW being Stephanie and Smackdown being Shane].  They also announced they would be listening to the fans and what they want. Dream took it upon himself to get a little extra push from the fans.

The tweets have now been deleted.  It is unclear why they were deleted.  Dream could have gotten some heat with WWE for asking fans to spam WWE’s twitter or maybe he is making a surprise appearance soon.

A call-up from NXT to the main roster is like going from the minor league to the majors.  It makes sense he wanted the call-up. However, maybe saying Vince doesn’t have the power to do anything is not a wise move.

We’ll keep our eyes open for Dream on the main roster for the next few weeks as superstars debut on their respective brands and the Royal Rumble always has surprises.  The call-up is not off the table until Royal Rumble ends.
