There’s so much to love about this match. We had the best friends of Kevin Owens and The List touting Chris Jericho, cheerleader James Ellsworth, and even a mini-Shield reunion. One of my favorite moments in the match came when James Ellsworth finally got his revenge on Braun Strowman. There were a couple of brutal bumps with Strowman throwing Styles over the top rope BACKWARDS and Reigns spearing Shane McMahon out of mid air. Also great to see Styles and Rollins get some time in the ring as well.
The build to this match was also pretty fantastic, and it made this match feel like the bragging rights for the brand that won mattered. Having Orton and Wyatt as the winners was something I did not see coming, but it was a pleasant surprise to a very fun match.
