New AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Concept Art For SPIDER-MAN Finally Gives Him A Black Suit

From the looks of this concept art, Marvel may have wanted to keep Spidey in the Stark suit just a bit longer. That suit looks pretty cool, but the Iron Spider suit was a better choice.
