We are just five months away from Disney+ releasing to the public. The amount of content coming to the service is both insane and awesome. Now, for the upcoming Monsters at Work series, we have an official first look at the main characters.

For those who remember, back in April, we had written about the new Monsters, Inc spin-off series, Monsters At Work. The series is going to be set six months after the original film, with many of the original cast members coming back to reprise their roles.

Those actors include John Goodman, Billy Crystal, and even Jennifer Tilly. Some of the new cast includes Star Wars star Kelly Marie Tran, Archer and Whose Line host Aisha Tyler, and Barry star Henry Winkler.

Ben Feldman’s Character in Monsters at Work

Headlining Monsters at Work will be Superstore star Ben Feldman. He will play voice the lead character Tylor Tuskmon, who is “an eager and talented mechanic on the Monsters, Inc. Facilities Team who dreams of working on the Laugh Floor alongside Mike and Sulley.”

Ben took to his Instagram, and showed off the first artwork of his character.

And if your wondering who this probably reminds you of from Monsters Inc, that would be George Sanderson’s assistant, Charlie.

What To Expect From The Series

With this series picking up six months after the original film, fans will be seeing a lot. They will see laughter being the main energy source for Monstropolis, thanks to Mike and Sulley.

But there are lots of opened opportunities for new things to happen. This series could explain what happened within the six months between the events of the film and Monsters at Work.

With the series being on Disney+, this will also a great way for old fans like me to introduce new fans into the world of Monsters Inc. THe streaming platform with also host the original film and prequel, Monsters University.

Monsters At Work arrives sometime in 2020, and I can’t wait to check it out.
