According to a report over at PWInsider.com, Bruce Prichard is set to return to Vince McMahon’s side in WWE. The now podcasting superstar is set to start back up with WWE this coming Monday at RAW. In a role that is being described as “important as possible”, Prichard will most likely make an impact right away.

Fans of the late 80’s and early 90’s will remember Prichard best as Brother Love, the original manager of The Undertaker. But Prichard made his name backstage as Vince McMahon’s “right-hand man”. He produced and wrote various aspects of shows through 1992, up until his departure from the company in 2008. He also had two separate stints in Total Nonstop Action, where he oversaw talent relations and development.

Does Prichard signing with WWE spell the end for this popular podcast?

Bruce Prichard has more recently gained fame with his podcast “Something to Wrestle with Bruce Prichard“. The Conrad Thompson hosted podcast dives deep into Prichard’s time with WWE. Along with the (at the time of this post) 143 episodes, Conrad and Bruce tour the country doing live shows. For a short time, it was also released as a video version on the WWE Network entitled “Something Else to Wrestle with Bruce Prichard”. It was also named Sport’s Illustrated‘s Sports Podcast of the Year in 2017.

The current state of this podcast is now in question with the news of Prichard returning to WWE. We can speculate that it will go on hiatus for the time being. However with the strenuous schedule that WWE has, it might be time to hit the subscribe button on 83 Weeks.

We will have more on this story as it unfolds.
