Building to the groundbreaking debut of Jodie Whittaker’s Doctor on Sunday, October 7th, BBC AMERICA will travel through time to bring back ALL of Doctor Who’s modern era. “13 Days of Doctor Who” – a 13-day marathon of the series – begins Tuesday, September 25th at 6am ET/PT, when the network will air EVERY episode from the first 10 seasons of the reboot, including former Doctors Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant, Matt Smith, and Peter Capaldi.

The event will culminate with the global premiere of the new Doctor on Sunday, October 7th. The BBC AMERICA premiere will start at the same time as the UK debut on-air on Sunday, October 7th (time to be announced), followed by a special encore in its new regular primetime evening slot. For the run of the season, Doctor Who will premiere regularly on BBC AMERICA on its new marquee night on Sundays.

BBC AMERICA has revealed the official trailer for the upcoming season of Doctor Who, starring Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor. Alongside her team of friends – Ryan (Tosin Cole), Yasmin (Mandip Gill) and Graham (Bradley Walsh) – this new era is packed full of action, humor, emotion, and adventures through space and time, starting with the first episode, titled “The Woman Who Fell to Earth.”

“We don’t get aliens in Sheffield.” In a South Yorkshire city, Ryan Sinclair, Yasmin Khan and Graham O’Brien are about to have their lives changed forever as a mysterious woman, unable to remember her own name, falls from the night sky. Can they believe a word she says? And can she help solve the strange events taking place across the city? Guest starring Sharon D. Clarke, Johnny Dixon and Samuel Oatley. Written by Chris Chibnall and directed by Jamie Childs. The Woman Who Fell To Earth will air on Sunday, October 7th followed by Episode Two, The Ghost Monument, on Sunday, October 14th. The second episode of the series will find the new TARDIS team still reeling from their first encounter and on a hostile alien environment trying to solve the mystery of Desolation? And just who are Angstrom and Epzo? The episode will guest starring Shaun Dooley, Susan Lynch and Art Malik. It is written by Chris Chibnall and directed by Mark Tonderai.
