As DC Universe’s Doom Patrol gets ready to jump into production, the search for an actor to fill the role of the series’ villain has begun. We have learned that villain, one that has caused chaos for the team of freaks since their earliest day will be Eric Morden, aka Mr. Nobody!
Morden first appeared in 1964’s Doom Patrol #86 before becoming the incredibly insane Mr. Nobody in 1989’s Doom Patrol Vol. 2, #26. Morden was non-powered criminal mastermind who underwent an experiment that not only stripped his sanity but allowed him to do the same to others.
The studio is looking for an A-list actor, 30-50, to take on the role. This iteration of Mr. Nobody will be seeking vengeance on the person he holds responsible for the failed experiment that caused his condition which, in addition to his insanity, has left him stuck between two dimensions. While the villains absurd and twisted methodologies will put him into the path of the Doom Patrol, he’ll come to admire the group despite a loathing for superheroes.
With the series set to begin filming shortly, we may not have to wait very long to find out who the studio lands on to portray Mr. Nobody. Stay tuned to That Hashtag Show as this story develops.
