10 Gloves More Powerful Than The Infinity Gauntlet

Regardless if you’ve seen Avengers: Infinity War, or not, the Avengers are in for a rough ride as they go up against Thanos and the Infinity Gauntlet. So, to help Tony Stark and the gang out, I’ve made a short list of some other gloved weapons that are capable of going toe to toe (or finger to finger) against the most powerful single mitten in the Marvel Universe.

This Mullet and sunglasses are a scarier character design than Thanos can ever be.

1) The Nintendo Power Gauntlet.

No matter how cool the Nintendo Power Glove looks, this is a device of pure frustration, confusion, hatred, and envy. First appearing alongside a baby Rain-Man and Fred Savage in the 1989 classic The Wizard, it was designed to be a peripheral controller for the NES. Released shortly after the movie, it cost a whopping $75 and was discontinued in less than a year as it was nearly impossible to set-up, use, control, play with, or do anything but look bad-ass. Everyone wanted one, no-one could use one, and anyone who had one ended up just cutting the attachment chord and running around pretending to shoot people with it.

How It Could Defeat Thanos: If the Avengers can secretly swap this with the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos will be so distracted trying to buy “Super Glove Ball” (one of only 2 games designed to really work with the glove) on ebay and then attempting to get it to work, only then giving up in tears of frustration- he will easily give himself up with minimal fighting and loss of life. However, once in prison, he’ll tell all his classmates how cool it was, that it totally worked, and only real players could handle it.  Also, if you unplugged it and just wore it, it would shoot real laser beams and and control people outside the game cause it’s that cool and all the other 5th graders will believe him and beg their parents to get them one only to continue the cycle of shame and lying. I’m looking at you Robby Byers…er, Thanos.
