Season 2 of Netflix’s Jessica Jones was an interesting one. It was more story than action and I truly loved it. Yeah, it dragged here and there but when it finally hit its stride boy did it go!
With season two being a HUGE success it only made sense for Netflix to renew the series for a third season.
Today Netflix did just that announcing it on their Twitter page.

Fun Fact: Did you know that season two was released on Women’s International Day? Talk about empowering.
Marvel’s Jessica Jones stars Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, with Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker, Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, and Eka Darville as Malcolm Ducasse. The series is executive produced by showrunner Melissa Rosenberg along with Marvel’s Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory. And “Marvel’s Jessica Jones” is produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios for Netflix.
Marvel’s Jessica Jones Seasons 1 & 2 are currently on Netflix in their entirety.
I’m glad Netflix has decided to renew the right Marvel seasons, I’m excited for season two of Luke Cage later this year but have no desire to watch another season of Iron Fist or The Defenders.
