Kyle Higgins and Jason David Frank team up to give us a prelude to Power Rangers Shattered Grid. Starring Jason David Frank as Lord Drakkon, written and directed by Kyle Higgins and music by Power Rangers legend Ron Wasserman.

Kyle Higgins is best known for his work on the Batman franchise at DC Comics and the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers franchise at Boom! Studios.

Jason David Frank is known for portrayal of Tommy Oliver, the original Green Ranger, and White Ranger, in multiple seasons of Power Rangers.

Ron Wasserman is best known for composing the original theme song for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

Shattered Grid is Boom! Studios big crossover event of the Power Rangers Universe where no Ranger is safe.

Lord Drakkon is an evil Power Ranger who controls the Black Dragon and battles the Power Rangers. He is an evil and older version of Tommy Oliver from an alternate reality who rules his Earth with an iron fist from a dystopian and futuristic Angel Grove.

Main Story
Lord Drakkon had escaped with only one goal in mind: Revenge. He plans to summon an army of evil across time and space as well as steal the sources of Ranger Powers to expand his Ranger Sentries. His goal? To bring forth the end of all Power Rangers in existence by destroying them and then conquer all of reality! Only Jen Scotts, the Pink Time Force Ranger, can go back through history to try to warn the Mighty Morphin team and rally the other Power Ranger teams from across time and space to save them all….before its too late!

Titles Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Go Go Power Rangers. Prelude issues for this event have already been released, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #24 and Go Go Power Rangers #8. Shattered Grid starts with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers issue #25 launching in all comic book stores March 28, 2018.
