One of The Avengers will be appearing in the Han Solo Anthology movie! Well, sorta. Ron Howard announced that his upcoming Star Wars spin-off movie has added a very familiar face and voice for that matter has joined the cast. Paul Bettany, a frequent collaborator with Howard, and Vision in the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be playing a mysterious role.
While Howard only took over the film a few of months ago, the reshoots are expected to wrap within the next few weeks.Howard took to Twitter today, with a photo of the two and Bettany wearing, what seems to be his costume from the film. Variety reports that Bettany will be replacing the character that was played by Michael K. Williams, who had to leave the project because of his commitments to his upcoming drama The Red Seas Diving Resort. Though we’re still uncertain who he will be playing exactly it would seem that Howard is putting his personal touch on the film. This will make for the third collaboration between director Howard and actor Bettany. The other two projects were A Beautiful Mind and The Da Vinci Code.
