Yesterday Netflix released the first trailer for Season 2 of Stranger Things at San Diego Comic Con. It looks like the residents of Hawkins are in for some more shenanigans and things are not what they seem…again.

Last season the gang and their parents banded together to defeat the Demogorgon after it had found its way into our “regular” reality. However, as we saw at the end of last season, there will be ripple effects that all of the characters will be feeling as they try to get back to their normal lives. We see these ripple effects play out in the new trailer, especially for Will Byers.

The official synopsis is below:

The first trailer for Stranger Things 2 is here. It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.
