Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn has been a huge help to Aveners: Infinity War directors Joe and Anthony Russo in bringing the cosmic side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to Earth. It seems now that Doctor Strange director, Scott Derrickson will be doing the same with the magical side of the world of The Avengers.
We knew that Benedict Cumberbatch set to reprise his role as Doctor Stephen Strange in the MCU blockbuster, but now thanks to Scott Derrickson’s social media, we now know that we’ll also be seeing the Sanctum Sanctorum. The image shows Derrickson working alongside director on the set of Infinity War. It looks like the two creators are working on the script inside the Sanctorum, but this could also be the setup scene where we possibly see The Avengers asking Strange and Wong for their help again Thanos. Only time will tell.
