The buildings surrounding the San Diego Convention center are already being plastered with wraps featuring new and upcoming shows and movies in preparation for San Diego Comic-Con. One particular wrap caught the attention of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. which featured an ad for the return of the show for season four and a fiery metal chain.
This instantly made fans wonder if this could mean that Ghost Rider would be making an appearance in the upcoming season. A casting notice reveal that it might not be the Ghost Rider we remember from Nicholas Cage’s incarnation of Johnny Blaze from 2007.
The casting call is looking for two men to play two Latino Brothers. One being the most dangerous man in the room, while the other is confined to a wheel chair. Fans of the 2014 Marvel Now! Ghost Rider series featuring Robbie and Gabe Reyes. Robbie is a talented mechanic focused on the health of his brother. Reyes has all the powers of the previous Ghost Rider along with the Hell-Charger, a supernaturally powered 1969 Dodge Charger.
Hopefully the upcoming Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D panel at this month’s Comic-Con will add some fuel to the hellfire about the upcoming season.
